Announces a New Film By Michael Notrica CAMPAIGN UPDATE #5: The Choices We Make Dear : Things are going great in CannesI  It has been quite rainy but things are looking up for this week!  I will be back on Monday, May 27th and plan to throw myself back into preproduction. We have made little progress on our budget this week.  The fundraising is going to be winding down (yes, that means fewer emails from me!) but we still have 3 weeks left so I really need your help with this final push.  If you know anyone that might be interested in helping, please forward this information on to them. We still need locations.    Long, straight, indoor hallway with very few (or no) corners.  There should be lots of doors but few indoor facing glass windows - we have one possibility but need more options.   THIS ONE IS VERY IMPORTANT: Large, modern, indoor loft office area with large outward facing window(s) preferably on an elevated floor with a view.  Needs to have a door.   Do you know anyone who does interior design that might want to be our set designer?  We can pay a SMALL stipend (flat rate) for the role! What to have fun with us on set? We still need hands on set.  I still need behind-the-scenes photographers, more production assistants, craft food services and lots of extras for the hospital scenes. Fourth Update on The Choices We Make

Announces a New Film By Michael Notrica CAMPAIGN UPDATE #4: The Choices We Make Dear : HAPPY MOTHERS DAY! Just a quick update to say "Au Revoir" as I leave for the Cannes Film FestivalI We have had a busy, busy week on preproduction.  We are working on finalizing our budget break-downs and are busy interviewing crew.  There are so many talented and passionate filmmakers in Arizona and I am honored to have met with them and get their feedback on my script.  There is so much interest in being on crew and I have some difficult decisions ahead of me.  But the biggest hurdle is going to be our budget.  We need to be able to make our numbers and we are only a little over 60% there.  So, I still need your help! Third Update on The Choices We Make

Announces a New Film By Michael Notrica CAMPAIGN UPDATE #3: The Choices We Make Dear : We are almost at the halfway mark! I getting ready to head to the Cannes Film Festival.  I will be promoting my documentary, Why Should I Care?, which is screening at the Cannes Short Film Corner. But I am also in pre-production on The Choices We Make.  We have hired Faith Hibbs-Clark, C.S.A. as our casting director.  We will be scheduling our first round of casting interviews for June 2nd.  We have our Sound Engineer lined up and we are interviewing cinematographers for our Director of Photography position.  Our budget is coming along, but we still need to raise a fair bit of money.  I still need your help!
